Can I use the Turbolauncher with a Peter Lynn Phantom?
Yes. They launch the same as any inflatable. The Peter Lynn Phantoms do not relaunch quite as easily from water as the newer models like the Venom I and II or Vortex. Just be sure to get your kite pre-inflated as much as possible before setting it in the water to boat or drift launch. You should load the Turbolauncher asymetrically and lay the kite on it's side to deploy with one tip downwind. Once the lines have spooled off, the downwind tip will come under tension and the kite will power up to launch.
